Equality Statement

CC4E was created to enable individuals working in educational settings to access consultancy and counselling, regardless of race, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, disability or age.

We recognise that discrimination operates consciously and unconsciously in our society and our awareness of this influences our working practices.

Our core belief is that all people are treated with dignity, respect and at all times people’s feelings are valued. We are creating a service where inequalities are challenged, and we anticipate and respond positively to different needs and circumstances.

Safeguarding Statement

We have each undertaken Safeguarding training and are aware of relevant legislation and procedure which will be followed as required.
